Thierry Méar is the architect of PubliAtis and manages the company's technological activities. Before founding PubliAtis, Thierry Méar worked as CTO in financial press. He notably developed the press aggregator Diva-Press, in 2002. Creator of several publishing systems, he won the 2006 prize from Décision Informatique for the Best French Developer in EDM (Electronic Document Management).
